My Pregnancy Photoshoot at 32 weeks pregnant

Jessi, one of my best friends, gave me a pregnancy photoshoot voucher for my birthday when I was around 3 months pregnant. We said we were going to wait until I had a huuuge baby belly to take the pictures so it's obvious I'm pregnant and it's not just a food baby! lol
When I was 32 weeks pregnant that time had come. I was SO pregnant I could stand up things on my belly. Finally pregnant enough for some pretty photos!

If you're just here for the photos and not for the tips - scroll down!

I brought couple different outfits and props.
I included a white dress and a black robe since I thought these were classy colors I would enjoy looking back on. I also picked a blush cozy sweater since I was having a girl and a red turtleneck sweater because that was my favorite thing to wear during that time (and it wasn't even from he maternity section!). The brightest outfit and a pop of unexpected color was the juicy couture track suit in vibrant pink! I used to envy all of the celebrities wearing juicy couture growing up and one of my favorite movies was and still is Mean Girls. I personally own three juicy couture track suits so I had to get my mini-me one as well!

We took the photos inside which I enjoyed and would recommend.
Taking photos outside can be a little tricky for the model, not only because of the weather but also because of the people watching you. While that's somewhat awkward in general, I feel like being pregnant makes the whole situation even more intimate and therefore more uncomfortable.

Feeling comfortable around the photographer definitely helped.
The prettiest pictures I own of myself were taken by people I like and feel good with. So consider that when choosing a photographer for your maternity photoshoot. Usually professional photographers make an effort to make you feel good and beautiful, so their photos turn out well but some don't and blame the model if she's unhappy with the outcome.
